Every title in our current catalogue is listed on our website, including items that may be out of stock. If an item is out of stock it will still be listed as part of our range and we will do our best to advise an accurate delivery date. We are not able to order items that are not a part of our catalogue.
You can add items to your existing order if you have not yet paid for it. To view your shopping cart, log into your account on the right hand side of every page and select order status to see if your order has been processed.
Email confirmations are sent to you after your order has been placed and again once your order has been shipped. We may also need to send you an email if there are any problems in processing your order. If an email is not received check your spam or junk email folders. To make sure you receive further email correspondence you can add the Timeless Music domain to your whitelist.
We generally wait 15 business days before declaring an Australia wide order lost and 30 days for International orders. On occasional Australia Post may send an item via sea-mail instead of air-mail which can take several months. If your order has not arrived within these time frames, email contact@tmusiconline.com and be sure to include your order number so we can try to trace the whereabouts.
Online orders are the preferred method, however we do accept orders made via telephone during the business hours of 9am to 5pm EST. Outside of these times you will reach our voicemail service.
To change your password log into your account on the right hand side of each page and select profile. If you can't remember your password we can generate a new password for you by clicking here.
The Wish List is a tool to help you manage your shopping experience. Product availabilities and prices are subject to change and placing an item in your wish list does not secure the item if you choose to order it at a later time.
All our DVDs are playable in Australia. For other countries please find a list of region codes below:

All items are packaged in bubble wrap envelopes, we do not take responsibility for cracks to the case which happen in transit. If however, the disc is scratched or damaged in any way it may be a manufacturing error in which case please contact us on: contact@tmusiconline.com quoting your order number.
