The life and work of John Denver — pop/folk hit maker, tireless humanitarian and country boy — is celebrated this year with 'All Of My Memories,' a new career-spanning four-disc set. 'All Of My Memories' is a chance to discover many unseen sides of John Denver's incredible life and career, from his earliest professional recordings in the mid-1960s to the final works finished before his death in 1997.

Many know Denver as the folksy tunesmith behind such hits as "Annie's Song," "Sunshine on My Shoulders," "Take Me Home, Country Roads" and "Rocky Mountain High." But John Denver was a multifaceted musical personality. 'All Of My Memories' is the first John Denver anthology to showcase material from before Denver's solo career took off, including unreleased solo demos recorded for Capitol Records and material from Denver's tenure with the good-natured, politically incisive folk group The Mitchell Trio.

All Of My Memories also contains the following previously unreleased tracks:

"The Road" (1964)
"Far Side Of The Hill" (1964)
"Rhymes and Reasons" (1969)
"Spirit" (Live, 1977)
"Eli's Song" (alternate take, 1976)
"It's A Sin To Tell A Lie" (1973)

Throughout his career, he earned accolades for imparting strong messages in his work and used his celebrity to champion important causes. Songs like "I Want to Live" and "Let Us Begin (What Are We Making Weapons For)" served as rallying themes to stand up and solve problems like world hunger and nuclear disarmament. Denver backed up his convictions with action, co-founding both the Hunger Project charity and the Windstar Foundation to raise awareness for those suffering from starvation and to educate people on conservation efforts, two causes closest to his heart. Denver was a fixture in Washington in the mid-1980s, whether lobbying for funding for aerospace programs or testifying on behalf of musicians seeking an alternative to music censorship.

'All Of My Memories' is a fine tribute to an artist who filled up our senses with beloved songs for nearly 30 years.
